I'm Miyuki 

Originally from southern Japan, I am currently based in Germany. I graduated from the Department of Nutritional Science at the university and became a certified registered dietitian. In addition to being a Registered Dietitian, I have experience in customer support, hotel front desk, human resources, and administration.

The one thing that all of these jobs have in common is that I have developed “Empathy skills".

I have always been considerate of people and love to solve problems with a human-centered approach.

Living abroad and being exposed to different cultures and ways of thinking has strengthened this feeling.

When I was looking for a way to make the most of these feelings, I came across the field of UX/UI.

 

In my journey of transitioning into this UX/UI field, Google UX Design Certificate is my first step.

My achievement in this journey is to bring the best experience to as many users as possible and on as large a scale as possible across countries. To do this, I investigate users' needs, identified challenges, and designed a better customer experience.
